Venison Sausage

50 lbs pork
25 lbs venison
Grind together
 
½ to ¾ c. salt (not iodized)
¾ c. myca pickle (not tenderquick)
¾ - 1 c. pepper
Garlic to taste blended with water
 
Use sausage stuffer to place in pork casings, smoke light to heavy.
