Turkey Rolls
½ deboned turkey breast
1 bottle barbeque sauce
1 lb bacon
Cut the breast meat across the grain into narrow strips. Dip each piece of turkey into the sauce and place on a ½ strip of bacon, roll together and secure with a toothpick. Grill on a greased place and make sure it is 4-5” above the hot coals. Keep an eye on them and turn often. Baste with remaining sauce when they are almost done.
