Sausage & Egg Casserole

OFH Staff Joan Joined: 03/14/2009 Location: ND	Sausage and Egg Casserole 1 lb. venison sausage 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 6 slices bread, cut into ½ in. cubes 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Brown sausage, crumble and set aside. Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Pour into a greased 11x7x2 in. baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 8-10 servings
