Sure has been a lot of recent "sh&t", "b$%tch" and crap like that.  So please people, knock it off.  Post with some classy grammar because there are all ages reading this.  I don't have time to go through and treat you all like 10 year-olds.

Right now I wish I could write a script that would reach a ruler out and whack you all that post with words like that in the face.  Or a bottle of dawn to jump out of the screen squirting a gallon of soap in your mouth.

If you are shallow minded use a thesaurus if for some reason you must have such a verb, adjective or noun that is often left for bar talk.

Thank you.  And this is a warning.  If it continues, I will just pull your username.  I don't have the time to be lenient anymore.

AND PLEASE PEOPLE...USE THE FLAG FEATURE TO REPORT SUCH GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Merry Christmas,

Tim

Thanks Tim,
My son often reads over my shoulder cause he's interested in what Dad's interested in.  I shouldn't have to quickly close Fishing Buddy for any reason.

The young folks on this site need the use of proper grammar. The use of "I SEEN" has to go. It would be I saw or I have seen. Really important to start young minds in the correct direction.
Wonderful Reagan quote that says it like it is! "It isn't that Liberals are ignorant. It's just that they know so much that isn't so."

As much as I don't mind looking at some peoples avatars, I really thing they should go. Now that I have young kids of my own I notice things like that more and young hunters/fishers shouldn't need to be exposed to that. Plenty of other websites to view those kind of pics.

The kill is the satisfying, indeed essential, conclusion to a successful hunt. But, I take no pleasure in the act itself. One does not hunt in order to kill, but kills in order to have hunted. Then why do I hunt? I hunt for the same reason my well-fed cat hunts...because I must, because it is in the blood, because I am the decendent of a thousand generations of hunters. I hunt because I am a hunter.- Finn Aagard

The avatars are left to taste.  If we are to offer calendars of women in swimsuits I find it hypocritical if I pull avatars with them.  Do I think it is cool and funny people choose to always push the limits of what is tasteful and what isn't, No I do not.  I hope they are reading and take a moment to think about it as it falls squarely into the same message as my originating post.

An FYI.

Speaking from experience I rarely share this site with my son and daughter who are almost 5 years old. They love everything outdoors and even though someone posts a picture of a nice buck I usually can't let them look at the site because the person posting the pic has a scantily clothed and provocative picture of a woman that is used in their avatar. Pretty tasteless for children in my mind.

Yes, I posted a boneheaded pic once and for better judgement it was removed. But one thing you wont find in my post is foul language or symbols that insinuate the same (at least for quite a few years anyway). Keep it clean folks and show a bit of class. Thanks for bringing this up Tim.

I for one would love to see the avatars changed to reflect outdoor themed pictures. At least my kids would be allowed to enjoy the site too.

This is my BOOMSTICK!!!
