Open Sites vs. Scope

I recently bought a Savage 30-06 with open sites.  I have had luck with it so far, but where our group hunts, I am thinking that I might be better off with a scope.  Any suggestions on scope, or should I wait it out with the open sites?

If you're looking for a decent scope at a fairly reasonable price, I've had great luck with the Scheels brand scopes. Great quality at a great price. They're very durable too. I've actually had my gun knocked around by the dogs in the back of the blazer many times, and it's held tight every time!

I think you should try out the open sites for awhile.  I have shot some with open sites, they are a bit harder, but I think give it a try, especially if you just got the gun.
