Moose Roast

1 moose roast (approximately 4 lb)
1 c. red wine
1 pkg. dried onion soup

Marinate meat in wine at least 4 hours or overnight. Put meat in roasting bag or foil tightly so it doesn’t leak. Pour wine over meat; add onion soup with a little salt. Cook at 325 degrees for 2 ½ hours, until tender. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
