OFH Staff Joan Joined: 03/14/2009 Location: ND	The United States Congress is currently reviewing the following bill: H.R. 45 Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 To provide for the implementation of a system of licensing for purchasers of certain firearms and for a record of sale system for those firearms, and for other purposes.The law states that a system will be implemented requiring certain firearm purchases to obtain a license. What do you think about this law?
