Ladies Day June 2009

I didn't attend the Ladies Day, but I was just out there for a Ducks Unlimited Fun Shoot. It was my first time shooting clays other than in my dad's yard where we just kind of plunked away at them. It was a lot of fun and Mark Sandness has a great facility out there. There are two different courses and then he also has a "flurry" course set up where clays come flying out from all directions. Didn't participate but it was a lot of fun to watch. There is also a beginner's section.

I'm joining a shooting league for the first time this year. I know there are about four other women out there, too. Anyone else planning on shooting there this year? I know a few women were looking for two more team members for anyone interested. I think I'd be able to get in touch with them for you (if they aren't on here, anyway!).
