HSUS headed to Ballot Box in ND

 

IIdaho, North Dakota, and South Dakota are the only three states in the nation with no felony penalty for egregious acts of animal cruelty. HSUS is against,coyote contest,PD shooting,Hunting,Trapping.

Take the time to read thier site,as the HSUS has already been a supporter in ballot measures in ND before.

The door to the HSUS was opened up by 2 FC measures but the good people of ND at the ballot box said not no but hell no.

yep and with the HSUS'S past expirance of collecting signatures on the HFH petitions,will get them a big advantage.

In North Dakotas last legislative session there were efforts to change animal abuse from misdemeanor charges to a felony.

While none of us support animal abuse we must also be on the look out for government creep. Changing misdeamnors into felonies. Sen. Dotzenrods bill failed. There are some zealots out there that would like nothing better than to be deputized so they can spring into action. Currently these zealots need to be accompanied by your locally elected Sheriff to come onto your property. The change they wanted was to strike the word Sheriff to any law enforcement. The term any law enforcement could mean about anything. Such as federal employees with USFWS or a probation officer.

Each one of us knows a few fruit loops. Let's keep misdeamnors and Sheriffs around.

Yep HSUS has the same agenda as PETA    It is a  slealth animal rights organization as long as HSUS have people carying the water for them in thier efforts to advance thier agenda at the ballot box.
