2 lbs. Halibut
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. red onions
1 c. white onions
1 bunch green onions
1 stick butter
lemon pepper and garlic pepper
Melt butter over low heat. Add chopped onions. Pepper to taste. Lay Halibut over onion layer. Whip sour cream and mayonnaise together and spread over Halibut. Let simmer about 15 minutes, turning regularly.
Note: You may substitute plain low-fat yogurt for sour cream.
