Grilled Lemon Trout

2 trout, head removed
3 tbsp cold butter, sliced
5-7 fresh rosemary sprigs
½ tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, halved and sliced thin
Pepper and salt to taste

Use two pieces of aluminum foil. Place one trout with flesh facing up. Season with salt and pepper on each side, half of garlic, rosemary and parsley. On top of each fish lay some slices of butter, 3 rosemary sprigs, and lemon slices. Squeeze some lemon juice on the top of each fish. Keep the seasoning inside each fish and wrap in foil all the way around.

Grill for 7 minutes on each side. If a fork sticks easily in fish it is ready to eat! Cool a few minutes prior to serving.
