My Best So Far

This 5x5 whitetail is my best so far. Spotted him in a CRP field and waited 3 hours for him to come out. Patience always pays off in the end.
Travis' 5x5

My buddy Travis holding a 5x5 that we got on a deer drive on our ranch. I have the sheds from this buck from last year. Can tell by the length of the G2's.
Tis The Season

This is what I was doing right around this time last year. Got these 27 sheds in about two hours after work and only two miles from town.
LOW Walleye

Travis and Todd with the 13lb 7oz. 32.5 inch long walleye that Travis caught in Lake of the Woods.
To Shoot or Not to Shoot that is the Question

Nice picture of a good buck.
Mounted Sheds II

Comparison puts the sheds in perspective!
Mounted Sheds II

Here are some pics of some sheds we found in our haystack. He gross scores 174" and nets 170". Not bad for a 4x4. He sure makes the 155" 7x8 look small.
My Buck II

Another look.
My Buck

These are pics of my buck that I downed in Eastern Montana. He is a 25" 5x5 that scores in the 160's.
Christmas Day on the Missouri

My son Chase caught this 20" walleye on Christmas Day. This is what Christmas is all about.
Macy's Sheds

This is a pic of my 13 month old daughter Macy with some sheds I found on Feb 9th. They are a matched 5x4 set that would score in the high 130's. As soon as I got them home she took them from me

Trail Cam Bucks - Photo 6

The next 2 pics are of a nice 5x4 buck that has been seen numerous times so far this year. Not too bad either.

Closer look.
Opening Day Montana Buck

Here are some pics of the 20\"--5x6 whitetail that my wife shot on opening day of the Montana gun season. She was posted on stand while I made a drive for her and this one came by at 75 yards.
Wife's 5x5 muley

Had the wife sitting on point during a riverbottom deer drive and this old boy came out of the willows at 75 yards. She nailed him and although I thought he was only a 3 point from a distance, it

A little better view
Wife's 5x5 Muley View #3

This has a little better view of the odd points on this buck.
Uncle's Backyard Bull

My uncle from Helena, MT sent me these pics of a big bull in his own backyard. From the looks of it he is a good one.

Cool Buck Rub

This is a 8+ inch cedar post that was rubbed on until it was about 1 1/2 inches in width. I have since pulled it out and am going to make a lamp out of it.
4 Wheeler took a hit also!!

It only sustained a little damage considering the fall it took. The rider ended up in the bottom of the washout with the 4 wheeler bridged accross the washout directly above him. Had it been a little
8 PT Shed

The rodents got to this one before I did and gnawed off about 2-3 inches of almost every point on this one. It has 2 kickers out the back, a 1+ inch spur off the base and a broken off droptine that

The wife put 2 out of 3 shots in the sweet spot on this one to bring him down. Saw him on my uncles place heading for the neighbors posted land. We snuck around a hill to cut him off and got
2010 Montana Buck

I was headed to my favorite spot when I spied this guy chasing 3 does on a differet field. I tried to sneak over there, but they busted me and went back into the trees. I walked over to sit in my
2010 Montana Buck SIde View

Here is a look form the side. Sorry no field photos as I was alone and without a camera.
Deer/Pheasant Damage

The deer and pheasants have really been hitting the barley hay this year. Oh well I guess they gotta eat somewhere!
Feedyard Shed

Found this one in the feedyard shelter belt. It was laying right on the trail and if I hadn't been paying attention I would have run it through my tire.
Deep Snow

This shows the snow depth at Glasgow, MT. They had received 67" as of Jan. 27th, but with this weekend additional snowfall are most likely over 70" for the year.
Found a Fairly Fresh one!

Spotted this one a ways off with the binos. Couldn't tell from there, but it was a fairly good one.
Nice Browtine!!!

Pulled it out of the snow and it was a 6 pt with a 8" browtine and a sticker. Saw the buck over a mile off still holding on to the other matching 6 pt. Did a rough score and if the other

Just a few little bit more and it will be going over the top of the gates.
Beartooth Pass June 2011

This is a picture to show the depth of the snowpack in the Beartooth Mountains near Montana/Wyoming border. I sure hope this stuff continues to melt slowly this year.
Decent 5-Point

Found this one a few days ago. First one of the year.
