5 lbs. ground turkey
6 c. celery, chopped
2 med. green peppers, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 (28 oz) cans tomatoes, crushed
2 c. water
2 (1 3/4 oz) envelope chili seasoning mix
1-2 T. chili powder
2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained

In Dutch oven over medium heat, brown turkey; drain.  Add celery, peppers, and onions; cook and stir for 5 minutes.  Add the tomatoes, water, chili seasoning mix and chili powder; bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours.  Add beans; heat through.  Makes 24 cups.
