6 mile bay

yes i know alot of snow on lake have fished other areas of lake drill holes , then have 4" of water on ice in a few hrs

With some of the issues other tourneys have had in the past and in light of the poor ice conditions and abundance of snow, I wouldn't be surprised if they cut the amount of holes or take some measure to prevent accidents.  I know it would look pretty bad if a couple thousand people drowned for a charity event.  (worst possible case scenario)

 They could have them all fish in the parking lot.  Be close to the same outcome.

Rumor around the area has it that they are going to take bobcats out there to try and start clearing snow...I know one thing I wouldn't be caught DEAD in one of those heavy ass units out on that ice...but thats just me

If it keeps snowing by next year at this time, they will be fishing what is now parking lot.  haha  Maybe their raffling the bocats away for voulenteering like the ice augers!?  Maybe then it would be worth it.
